Tillingbourne After School Club

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are delighted to inform you that from Wednesday 5th September 2018 we will be offering an extended after school club.

What are the opening times?  The club will run from 3.20pm until 6pm during term time. 

Where will it be based?  The club will be based in the cookery room in the Friendship lodge and has access to the main hall and playing fields.

Who will run the club? The club will be run by our own staff and supported by sports coaches from Planet Soccer.

How much will it cost?  There will be a banded pricing structure

  • £7.00     3.20pm - 4.30 pm
  • £12.00   3.20 pm - 6.00 pm

Please note that a late pickup after 4.30 pm will automatically be charged at the higher rate.  Pick up after 6pm may incur additional £2.00 surcharge for every 5 minutes late. 

A small snack, piece of fruit and drink are offered on arrival. This is a snack and is not intended to substitute a main evening meal. 

What we offer:  There will be a wide range of activities including; cookery, craft, board games, reading, construction, sport and much more.   Children may just need to relax at the end of a long school day and may simply  ‘chill out’. They are encouraged to choose the activities they wish to take part in and the emphasis is very much on supervised free play, giving children a chance to catch up with old friends or make new ones.

How do I book?  To secure your sessions until October half term:

If you are an existing parent you can book and pay for your sessions on-line via Tucasi/SCOPAY.    Just go to the ‘Product’ tab and select your sessions from the calendar. Booked sessions need to be paid for in advance so you will need to top up your balance before booking. 

Alternatively, either complete the attached booking form and return to us the office or contact the office with your requirements.   We will then enter your sessions for you onto the system.  Sessions will need to be paid for 24 hours before taking place.  

You can book on-line for single or multiple sessions up to 24 hours before.   For any last minute bookings please contact the office.

Will I get a refund if my child doesn’t attend?   Booked sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hrs prior to the session taking place.  For sessions which have been booked and paid for in advance, we will not issue a refund; your cancelled session will create a credit balance on your account which can be used for other sessions or payment for school trips.

Can I pay with childcare vouchers?  Yes, you can.  Please contact us so we can update your account.   

Do you take siblings from infant schools?  Yes we do take siblings from infant schools, providing you can arrange transport to our school.   Please contact the office so we can add details of the sibling to Tucasi/SCOPAY
